Originally a Shipping Order form was made on 9th, June 2011 with Ms. Rachel Matthews (representing Auto Planet Transport) for the vehicles to be pick up from Lebanon, MO. When after sending back the order form,sign and then call her to let her know that she made a mistake on the date of pick up, which over the phone she had assured me that she will change the date of pick up from 16th, June to the 3th of June and that we had agreed over the phone that the delivery date is no later than the 16th. Because I am flying into Houston on that same night. But a friend was to received the cars for me on the 16th, June. The price and the quote was given to me on the contract was $850 for the two cars, one for 2006 Chevy Equinox $400 and a 2008 Ford Ranger for $450 so the total of $850.00. There was a deposit of $200.00 need to be deposited in order to place the order on the pick up and the remaining balance $650.00 to be paid upon delivery to the driver. So she had made the charges of the $200.00 to my debit card. Between days of 13th to the 16th of June, numerous times I had contact Ms. Rachel Matthews and she spoke with me and reassure me that the cars will be delivered on time on the 16th, June as we had agreed then Wed morning of 15th, June I had contact her again to find out why the vehicles has not pick up yet and if it can still delivery as agreed date. So she then says, no there is a problem with truck that is why they have not pick up the vehicles. But there was no one contact to arrange to pick up,until Thursday morning, I contact her again and she then stated that she had actually got a new company to pick up the vehicles and the company is Williams Transport. I spoke with a lady named Sally and she confirms that she will be the company to pick up the vehicles and also assure that vehicles will be delivered on time for the 16th, June. So then Sally gave me the driver's information and so forth, the Driver named Dennis, and after spoke with him I fond out that the vehicle will be delivered until 1th, June. So then I had then contact back Ms. Rachel Matthews, since the driver already pick up the vehicles. So I am waiting for the vehicles to arrived to Houston. On the 17th, June, I have to make calls to Ms. Rachel Matthews about the delay of the vehicles and what is the remedy, she told me that the driver will be deducting $100 off so to make up for the delay delivery. Then by the time when Dennis called to inform that he will be delivering in about 20 mins so we met him for delivery. At the same time I had contact Ms.Rachel Matthews to inform her of the fact that he is here and that if he is aware of the discount of $100, instead of paying him $650 then it should be the balance of $550. Now when I spoke with her she says, yes she is trying to get to the manager for Williams Transport, because it was authorized but the manager will have to speak with Dennis (driver). So we all waited and waited and we (Dennis and I ) we then call Sally (William Transport Owner), later I found out from Dennis) While we are waiting and she is also waiting for a phone call from Ms. Rachel Matthews but we all waited for 30 mins and she never made any calls to Ms. Sally. Now the problem is that Dennis will not release the vehicles until I made a cash payment of $950.we are all trying to find out what is going on and unfortunately it is after 6PM in Florida so no one is answering the phone and we are not able to get anywhere, and I am force to pay the $950 to Dennis in order for him to release the vehicles and he can on his pick ups. But I have all paper works that the contract being sign with Ms. Matthews and then also the paper works for from William Transport and Dennis for the receipt of the payment. In reality I am paying $300 more than what was quoted and agreed on the contract but in reality it is $400 because the $400 will included the $100 off as what Rachel expleind to me on 1th, June becasuse of the delay they will deduct that for compensation. I feel that I am being lying to. Ms Rachel Matthews never made any contact with me in any forms, I have to be the one to call and tracking down the information.
