“I needed to ship my car from Portland, OR to Baltimore, MD so I researched on Google and found several companies who ship cars, but one in particular stood out, Auto Driveaway. Their bid was a little higher, but I liked that they had a local person and office that I could deal with. I was able to immediately reach the Portland rep, Vance Burgess.

Vance was so patient and answered all my questions about the process. He carefully explained the contract and insurance coverage. Auto Driveaway is a national company so I was able to verify Vance was the Oregon Rep. Vance also has a Portland office which offers even more peace of mind. He said it could take 10 to 12 days, but the car arrived in just 5 days. The driver was courteous and the delivery went without a hitch. I couldn’t have been happier with the overall service provided by Vance.

Then two weeks later, circumstances changed and I needed to bring the car back to Portland. I called Vance and this is where his customer service really shined through. Within an hour he had booked a truck and two days later, the car was on its way back to Portland. Vance handled everything keeping me informed by both email and phone. Again it could have taken up to 12 days, but arrived in just 5 days. When I went to pick up the car, Vance had had his guys wash the car because it had gotten dirty on the trip home. His overall customer service was outstanding. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

If you need to ship your car anywhere, I highly recommend Vance and Auto Driveaway. They are worth every penny. This is not a paid ad. I am a professor at a community college in Oregon. I rarely write recommendations, but that is how impressed I am with Vance Burgess and Auto Driveaway.”
