Extremely Rude and Unprofessional

We set up transportation well in advance, were promised a date for my car to be picked up and the day came and went with no pick up. When we called, they were rude and unprofessional. When I contacted the representative, Jeff Jennings, he didn't know who I was, refused to help me and then hung up on me. We continued to find out about wehn the car would be picked up, they just got more rude and unprofessional. At one point, said, "oh its you again." I believe this company should be out of business. When I cancelled the tranpsort with them, they refused to refund my money because they said I did not give ample cancellation notice. I am stuck in in Texas with no car and not time frame as to when it will be here, so had to get another carrier. I intend on pursuing legal action. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, my husband is in advertising and can not believe how this company has managed to stay in business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and do not provide services.
