Where to start,

Well the lady named Claire made promises neither she, or others could ever it seems make.

Simple truth goes a long way, but not for this crew.

Claire will "Sugar Coat" you with the honey, and the like but never deliver on her promises.

We eventually were provided service from another company, who kept their promises and these were followed out with their carrier. In all the failure of Auto Cars Transport lead to a better situation despite the nasty phone call several days after the promised pick-up date that our deposit (their commission) would not be refunded.

All I can say on behalf of an honest couple seeking both a good broker and carrier never ever use these folks. They will promise you the moon ans stars, and not deliver.

Hi Ron, your destination was very out of the way (on the Canada border). We were honest with you when we told you it would take a little time before the next carrier was going all the way up there. So you switched brokers and ended up being put on the same truck we would have put you on. It was your decision to forfeit your deposit because of your impatience. We were always honest with you the whole time.
