I originally signed a contract to have my vehicle shipped with an estimated delivery date of March 13, 2011.
I did not hear back from sales person for several days (past the original pick up date) at which time he informed me they were having problems getting a trucker, once they did get a truck my pick up date and delivery date were pushed out, I agree because I was stuck now, I had no time to drive east at this point.
My vehicle was picked up, with a delivery date of March 16, my vehicle was not delivered until March 19. This meant I had to spend additional $500 in car rental fees due to the completed disregard that this company has towards its "clients", I tried calling my rep but as expected, once they got my money they could care less about me.

I would not recommend and or use this company again.

Hi Juan, Not True. NO WHERE do we promise delivery dates on the agreement! No company does. We are sorry for the unavoidable delays but all readers should be aware that delays can happen with any company. It is crazy to think some companies have delays but other companies never have delays. Here is another tip for readers: Always call Customer Service after you have set up an order as the rep who takes orders cannot help with status information.
