Hi Dana, you were so completely out of control that your husband called us and made us promise to only speak to him about the transport. We would disagree with your perception of reality. We did our best trying to move your car on the busiest week of the year. We assigned a carrier but you were not able to hook up with him so we assigned another and another but you guys canceled before he could pick up. There is no pleasing some people, although Heaven knows we tried!
