**Beware** FRAUD 100% liars and thieves

I will try to keep this short...Promised one price...I agree and give CC info after they tell me they have a drive lined up who is on his way to pick up my car. They call back an hour later saying they want $200 more. I say no thank you. They make no mention of charging me. I thought I was done with them. The conversation at that time was mutual and respectful.

Proceeded to find alternate means of transportation.Then 3 days later they see I am still posted on the National Dispatch Board because another member of the office calls me telling me they are still looking for driver. I respectfully tell them they are too expensive and I will make other arrangements.

They had the nerve to give my number a potential driver who called me verifying if was going to pay ACT for the shipping my car because they could see I posted with another company as well. I explain to the driver that I will not be doing business with ACT due to the increase in price. ACT then went ahead and charged my card trying to force me to work with them. They were very rude and inappropriate on the phone and stating "we already have your deposit, and you not getting that back. You might as well work with us"

I call my CC company and explain the situation. They reverse charges in my favor. The charges then get reversed back into their favor a month later because they sent a BOGUS contract to my CC with "my" signature that THEY SIGNED. Had to explain to CC company I was never in Florida to sign the contact. And I sent proof of my signature. They FORGED my name claiming a "binding" contact.

ANY 5 STAR rating is probably someone in their company making it up to get the average up. TRUST ME...DO NOT USE THEM. You will be sorry. This dragged on for months. Tom is a liar and a thief. 100% Fraud. Sorry... I tried to keep it brief

Mitche Bhandari, We NEVER EVER told you we have a driver who is on his way before we have even booked your reservation! All we did was offer you the OPTION of an expedited driver who could pick up within 2 hours for an extra price. We would have moved your vehicle at the quoted price at the regular time except you canceled! Do you not understand that when you give a company your credit card and security code that they charge it then and there? We NEVER lied to you. You don't understand when something is clearly explained to you. We never forged anything! We wrote, not signed, your name on paperwork sent to them so they would know which person it was.
