I had contracted with a middle-man company (Total Auto Transport) and wrote about my experience with them leading up to the pickup by Auto Carrier of Tampa. The driver called me and apologized for the late pickup, explaining that the truck had broken down. We arranged for a pickup location and time and they arrived when expected, ready to go. The driver and his partner were courteous, professional, and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left my car with them. On the way to the dropoff location, they called to inform me that the truck had broken down. They handled the situation extremely professionally, giving me the option of having my car driven the remaining distance to arrive on time, or waiting for the truck to be fixed for delivery to happen at a later date. I opted for them to drive the vehicle, and it arrived when promised in the same condition I gave it to them. This company went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle reached its destination on time, and the drivers maintained good communication the entire time, always returning missed calls promptly. I highly recommend Auto Carrier of Tampa and plan to use them in the future if I ever need to move my vehicle again.
