I contacted John Rua to transport my car from California to Hawaii. He quoted me a charged that was more than year and a half ago with our last vehicle. I locked in the price with John. When it came time to ship my car, the price had increased by $200. When I contacted John, he promised me that I would be refunded the $200, due to the fact that I have his email and proof of his quote to me. After trying to contact John Rua by email, I have not received a reply or refund. John Rua has ghosted me. Do not use this man to transport your vehicle, after he gets his money, you will never hear from him again. I recommend you find yourself and more honest moving company.
