I have never had a worse experience in any transaction previously in my entire life. These people were shifty, lowlife, liars who kept changing their story and never gave us a straight answer. Was supposed to have our car picked up on a tuesday and they kept giving us the same excuse that it was "on the way" so by friday we cancelled the order entirely. I strongly recommend using any shipping company but this one. Hopefully our dreadful experience prevents you from having a similar one.
