Terrible Terrible service Review: Globe had the best price, called to make contact, and the man we spoke to on Nov 3rd sounded wonderful. We emailed a contract and they quickly took the $150 deposit over the phone with a credit card, charged immediately. We were told the car would be picked up Nov 9th.
Those days came and went and I never heard from anyone. I called to see what was going on, and after being on hold for 20 minutes were told a truck would be scheduled and it never was. After getting in touch with her she said she had a truck but that I would have to pay $430 when they got here instead of the $230 that I was told ariginally. She said she would call, no phone call as promised. After calling and immediately being put on hold for 25 minutes, it went straight to voicemail, no call back. Next day, repeat calling and message left, repeat no call back again. After she explain to me that she was not about to do twice the work and arguing with her for days she finally agreed to give me my full deposit back which took another 3 days.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were Terrible awful people every step of the way. Awful company and awful service representatives.
