FOLLOW-UP - WHERE'S MY REFUND?

You people are just plain CROOKS! My order number is 115626-NN, and you took my deposit of $190 on NOVEMBER 2ND immediately on my bank debit card and never showed up to pick up my truck or even called or answered my email to Kevin Chang.

Every time I called (nearly every day), I was put on hold for a very long time, after having to listen to a very long and boring introduction about your great service (bunch of LIES) before getting to listen to loud horrible music. Often I was disconnected and had to call back and start all over again, waiting again for a very long time.

It has been since NOVEMBER 4TH that you were supposed to pick up my truck, and since NOVEMBER 16TH that I was told a refund had been issued to my debit card. It has been two weeks, and NO REFUND has been received.

Oh, I notice you are a Gold Supporter of TransportReviews.com. Does that mean you pay people to write good reviews? Or have your own employees or friends write them? And remove all the ones you don't like?

I will continue to give you BAD REVIEWS, as well as report you to the Better Business Bureau and every other consumer protection agency, until you give me my refund. On Monday, I am filing a dispute with my bank, which will be handled by VISA.

One way or another, I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK!
