The problem is not with the transportor, other then he used poor judgement in dropping off the car in Florida, He was suppose to drop the car off on Monday and leave the keys in our mailbox. For two days we did not know the whereabouts of the car, We were unable to contact Ariston for help. We caled and emailed many times but no one returned either the calls or email. No caring or concern for the customer.

We should have known from the beginning, because Ariston was suppose to call us with the pickup date and they did not, we had to call them and still, we could not get straight answers. That should have been our first clue.

The driver, on the other hand, called us back after the fiasco with delivery and apologized. At least he was a gentleman.

y the way, our car was never delivered to our house in Florida, it was ddropped off on a busy higway, for us to pickup and bring home.
