I had this booked with another broker and after having a very difficult time getting my Expedition EL transported from Paso Robles, CA to Syracuse, NY.
The other broker finally got me a driver, and low and behold, they never showed up.
The broker then found me a new driver, with no references (a new company) that they have never used before. I was not comfortable with that.
We then contacted Angel's on Friday. They said they could have our vehilce picked up Monday morning and delivered the following Monday. We signed the contract. Instead of picking up on Monday, they picked up Sunday. A day early!! The driver, Steven, was in contact with us to let us know he was on his way.
On Wednesday Steven contacted us to let us know that our vehicle would be delivered on Friday - days earlier then we expected!!
We were thrilled.
Our vehicle arrived in perfect condition without any trouble at all.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANGELS AND KLEIN LOGISTICS (THE TRANSPORT COMPANY). THEY WENT OVER AND BEYOND. DO NOT EVER GO WITH THE LOW BID, AS THEY SAY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
Angels was right in the middle of all the quotes we received.
Thank you for getting our vehicle to us with no troubles or worries. We will definately recommend Angels to anyone we know who has the need for vehicle transport.
