Great service, will do business again

I am a happy customer but let the facts say by themselves.

10/22 Noon: I asked on their website for a free quote.

10/23 afternoon 4:00pm: place my order on their website.

10/24 morning 11:00am: did not yet receive call from them or any email confirmation about my order. I tried to use the "track order" function at their homepage. But I did not find my order. Then I gave a call to Angels Moving Autos. The lady was very helpful. She found my information from somewhere . She said: "sometime online quote may be higher or lower than the final price." and then she cut out $50 from my online quote. I was surprised and very happy.

10/24 afternoon about 2:00pm: The lady at Angels Moving Autos called me and told me that the transportation company was settled and they will pick up my car the next day.Unbelievablly quick action. I was impressed the second time.

10/25 afternoon about 3:00pm: The driver, Ron, from the moving company, LeQuire Transport, called me and told me in the later this afternoon, he would pick up my car. About one hour later, the lady form Angels Moving Autos called me to make sure the moving company did call me.

10/25 afternoon 6:00pm: The driver came to my home and picked my car right on the time. Actually, before he came, he gave me two calls to inform me at what time he will arrive at my home. Very nice guy.

10/29 morning about 10:00am: (3 and 1/2 days after my car was picked up, be reminded that the moving distance is about 1,400 miles), driver Ron called me that my car will be delivered in the afternoon.

10/29 afternoon 4:00pm: my car was delivered to me at the hotel I was staying. Before the driver Ron arrived, he made a few call to keep me posted on his arrival time. My car was delivered the same as it was picked up at my home. Absolutely no damage or anything bad.

10/29 afternoon 6:00pm: a lady from Angels Moving Autos called me to make sure everything went well. I appreciate it.

As you see, I was kept posted on very step in my car's transportation. The company really cares about their customer. The transportation company they contract with is professional. I am impressed and satisfied.

With a good intention to Angels Moving Auto, there are something that might be improved:
1) When placing order online, credit card information is not encrypted (No SSL protocol or similar for data security). At that time, I hesitated for a couple of seconds to decide whether I should continue to place my order due to my concern on this credit card security issue.
2) After I placed my order online, there is no confirmation email which might be a peace of mind to customer;
3) I can not track my order on their website, even when my care was in transportation;
