Discourteous and unprofessional conduct

I just got off the phone with Dina at Angels. I spoke with her in a calm voice regarding a scratch that runs the length of my car which was done during transport. She yelled at me for almost the entire conversation saying, she "didn't have to do anything" to help me, and that every minute she spent on the phone with me was "wasting money."

We are left with a scratched vehicle and no party (broker or tranport company) acknowleding responsibility. We will not do business with either of these companies again, and would urge others to do the same. We chose Angels based on reviews at this site. It seems as though they do a great job as long as no problems arise during transport. If you have a problem, you're on your own. GOOD LUCK!!!

THE DETAILS:
We hired Angels to transport our car for a move to Portland. Our initial phone conversations with the company and individuals were pleasant and encouraging. They did an excellent job communicating with us and following up on the pick-up day and following the pick-up. However, upon arrival, our car had a new scratch along the entire length of the vehicle. The delivery driver signed a document stating the scratch was new. We notified Angels of the issue before the delivery driver left, and we paid the driver as was our obligation. When we tried to contact the transport company which Angels hired to resolve the issue, they denied responsibilty and would not pay any portion of the claim. We tried to resolve the issue through Angels since they were responsible for hiring the transport company, TA Logistics. That is when things got ugly.

Angels initially acted as a mediator on a three-way call which seemed helpful at first. We were asked to submit estimates and photographs to both Angels and TA Logistics which we did promptly. After that, we were no longer treated professionally or courteously. The transporter, TA Logistics, once again denied responsibility, and Angels, despite our immediate contact with them by phone about the problem, as well as signed documentation from the delivery driver, yelled they "didn't know who to believe" us or TA Logistics.

First I will say, yes I did yell, this couple has called our office over 20 times regarding this scratch, and faxed numerous documents, I had just gotten off the phone with her husband and she called back to tell me I sucked.
