After looking at what seemed like an endless list of transporters, I narrowed it down and chose Angels Moving Autos. I chose them because they had great reviews on this website for a long period of time; they were easy to contact and promptly returned my calls and answered all my questions without hesitation. Of the 3 companies I looked at, they were the only company that made me feel at ease about the transaction.

My initial quote was via email. I followed up a few days later with a phone call to ask questions and confirm the quote. There were multiple ladies that I spoke with on the phone, and all of them were professional and courteous. I finally set up a pick up date and waited to hear when they would actually pick up the vehicle.

The driver called and left me a voice message explaining when he thought he'd be in my area to pick up my vehicle. I received confirmation from Angels of the driver, and returned his call and set up the pick up time and confirmed the location. There had been a slight mix up on the address, but we got it worked out in plenty of time. No issues in loading my vehicle up, and he gave us the estimated day he though he would be in the destination city.

The morning of that estimated delivery, the Angel's office called to make sure everything was going smoothly. A short time later, the driver called and confirmed he would be delivering the truck that evening. Right on time he was there, gave him the cashier's check and signed paperwork. He even did an extra once over on my vehicle during his delivery inspection and helped check out a few things under the vehicle with me. He even provided an extra flashlight so I could see better.

I definately recommend Angel's Moving Autos, and would gladly use them again in the future. The driver, while not a direct employee, was also great.
