I had a wonderful experience with Brian, the logistics agent. My original contract was set up with excellent customer service and patience. I am a government employee and my schedule continuously changed, complicating the contract. However, Brian worked tirelessly to ammend the contract that my employer caused me to change. When my finals orders caused me to cancel the contract, Brian worked quickly to refund the deposit money so I could meet other financial obligations.
