Dear Bart,
Thank you of accepting my phone call this evening. Obviously we had problems moving your vehicle within the time frame allotted. We understand your frustration and have processed a refund of your deposit. If we can't move the car, we can't keep the money and this is a motto that has kept has in good standings with our clients. We wished we could have spoken to you at the time of incident but obviously you were very upset and we get it. We will always be here for you should you need something in the future and hope we can part ways as friends.
