My first contact with Americas one stop (now officially Nicks USA transport) was april 20th when I filled out the contract form. Nelson was helpfull all the way up to the point when he got my credit card info. After April 20th I didnt hear from them again till May 21st. They never answered their phones or replied to an e-mail. Once someone finally answered the phone I was put on hold (the first time for over ten minutes). I called again and nobody answered. I am positive they have caller ID and are screening thier calls with the customers who are angry or upset. Finally, after over a month I was able to speak with Nelson and demand my deposit back. He stated that the transport company had merged with Nicks USA transport and during that process he lost all his e-mails. My recommendation to you is avoid both Americas one stop and Nicks USA transport at all costs, they are all the same people. Lastly, I still have not received my deposit back and it is currently May 29th.
