Where do I even begin. First off, let me say that it should not be an arduous task for a car shipping company to be honest with its clients and provide speedy service and good customer service. American Auto Pride has served as the biggest disappointment of my year. The spokeswoman PROMISED that my car would be sent up in the 10 day window and she gave me this long diatribe about how their company is the best and so on. I kick myself daily for being so gullible because this woman lied to me and this company lies. LIES. She told me the route that the carrier would take is common and my car should be up in no time. Because of her dishonesty and this company's slimy tactics, I have to postpone my honeymoon (I planned on driving to Canada from Michigan with my husband in my car that was supposed to be shipped) when I told the ditzy representative this on the phone, she didn't even care, she just said "well after the 10 days you can get a refund. SLEAZY. The ten day window is just about up and this company proved to be a huge disappointment. They LIE to people to lure them in and snake them out of their money so they can maintain the status quo; I MISSED my honeymoon because some lying little thief on the phone mislead me. I don't like liars. If you want an honest company, AVOID American Auto pride...more like American Auto disgrace.
