Arrived almost 24 hours late to pick up car - Estimated delivery was 4/10/14 - no calls, no updates. I had to continually call them.
Arrived on 4/13/14 - Called at 10am, said they were four hours away. Finally arrived between 7-7:30 pm.
Started texting me - I told them we needed to talk - all they were concerned about was getting paid. Asked continually via text what we had to talk about and were overly concerned that I had the cash.
When they arrived, they basically didn't talk to me. All they did was grunt back and forth at each other in some foreign language.
Car needed jumped - It is an old car (1987) they were not very careful opening and closing hood.
After delivery was complete, I tried to tell them I was dissatisfied about their being late - both on pickup and delivery - all they did was make barely audible excuses.
I gave them a chance to make it right and they refused. Broker suggested a $50 to $100 refund would be appropriate - got nothing.
Had me sign off on car - did not provide me with copy of transport sheet.
Truck also looked like someones unserviced hand me down. Everything looked broken and bent.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING VALUABLE
