I normally don't have the time to post a review unless it deserves it. I must commend Yana from J-Rom who coordinated this shipping from Miami to NY, and now from NY back to Miami. Luis, driver from American Eagle Transport, was exceptonal. He was kind, understanding, stayed in touch and was even early in getting the car back to my son in Miami. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you. You made a big difference in an industry where customer satisfaction seems to be questionable. And no, no one isi paying me for this feedback! I'm not for sale! They both just deserve it.
