Unauthorized Credit Card Charges

I had a previous poor experience with "American Dream Auto Transport," based in Uniontown Pennsylvania, ran by Larry Pishko. I hired him nearly a year ago to move a motorcycle. Once I paid my deposit, he stopped responding to my emails or calls. I gave him several weeks to respond to either me (by email or phone) or the contact person to pick up the bike (with several phone numbers available). Neither of us were ever contacted. I made my complaint to the Better Business Bureau as well as to my Credit Card. They reviewed the case and refunded the charge that Mr. Pishko made. (If you want more details about this ordeal, read my previous review). I thought that would be the end of the nightmare, but I was wrong.

Just about a month ago, several months after my credit card concluded that I should be refunded the charge Mr. Pishko made to my account, I found another charge to my credit card. Yes, Mr. Pishko has taken the liberty to hold onto my credit card information and to charge it without authorization. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau, my credit card company again, and am seriously considering alerting authorities that he is making unauthorized charges to my credit card.

I advise anyone to stay clear of this company. Although I'm confident that I will have my money refunded by my credit card again, it is not worth the trouble for me to have to repeatedly contact officials and now have to have a new credit card issued to me. There are many good, trustworthy shippers out there. American Dream Auto Transport (shippersdream.com) is not one of them. Mr. Pishko's contempt for dealing with customers exemplifies that.
