I am disgusted with the service I received from this company. I spoke with Victor and guaranteed me a driver in 24-48 hours. When I placed my order he said “god bless ma’am” After that I knew I was screwed and was lied to with his fake kindness. When I checked in 24 hrs later he said “oh I was just going to call you to see what time the driver is picking up your vehicle today” Never received a phone call back. Tried to call him and kept sending me to voicemail. I called the company directly and they said they haven’t found a driver yet. A complete waste of time!!! I don’t understand why they have to lie. I made a purchase in Ohio to have ship to California and I have no way to get it rolling out of the dealership.
