DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They use “bait and switch tactics.” In early December of 2012, I arranged several weeks in advance to have my vehicle ship with Felix from American Auto Transport (AAT). Felix quoted me a price and stated the price would not increase. He also said the driver would contact me approximately three days before the pick up date. I contacted Felix three days before the scheduled pick up and he stated the driver would call shortly. A day before the scheduled pick up date I still had not heard from the driver. I contacted Felix again because I had not heard from the driver. Felix transferred me to the scheduling/customers service department. I spoke to guy named tom, he had no clue who I was. Tom did not even have my vehicle scheduled for pick up. He proceeded to look for a driver who was traveling in the region of pick up. He finally located a driver and told me that I would have to pay additional money and it was going to take 3 to four days longer (bait and switch). Tom said my contract stated “prices were subject to change”, this was before he notice that wording was not in my contract. After going back and forth with both Felix and Tom I decided to cancel my contract. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
