Ok. I NEVER write reviews. This is actually my first review for anything and everything. So my experience with American Auto Transport was THAT BAD!
American Auto Transport has the worst customer service. They are a broker company and they contract other trucking companies. I'm not complaining about the trucking company they used (they were fine). I'm talking about AMERICAN AUTO TRANSPORT. They are horrible!
They never sent me a confirmation email about how payment would be processed or received. So I called them to figure things out. They told me that payment is supposed to be in Cash. This is fine if they told me in advance! Now I'm scrambling to get my parents the cash out in California. I never received an email or a call about this and I complained about that. So you know what they did? They sent me the email as I was talking on the phone with them and they said they sent it. How absurd.
If I could I would give them negative stars.
**Update** After I posted this review they (American Auto Transport) claimed that I wasn't a customer. I went ahead and proved the bank transaction and confirmation email with transportreviews.com. THIS ALSO PROVES HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ARE. THEY CAN'T ADMIT THEIR MISTAKES. DO NOT USE THEM!
