This company is terrible. I have used plenty of companies before but this one is the worst!! Not only was my truck never picked up they charged my deposit to my account and never bothered to call me!!
Absolutely the worst!! Stay away!
My orginal call with Diane went very smooth and was pleasant, and she was very organized with getting my credit card information and deposit. My pick up time was set for June 10th of 2008 and that day came and went without a call and everytime I called no one was available. They nver returned my calls and I had to persistently call to finally get to talk to anyone! I was giving 3 additional pick up times that again came and went without a call. Needless to say I was on the west coast long before my truck was because my truck nver made it!!! I had to call them to find out 10 days later that my policy was cancelled because their truck broke down. Thye did not even call me to let me know and to top it off my deposit was charged to my credit card, of which, I had to file a claim to have it credited back to my account through my credit card company.
