Customers of any company or business should always be guaranteed their service, yet this company makes you pay more for it. At first, we didn't have the guaranteed service, but had to get it after they were late, and we had to drive it to atlanta from augusta so we could start our trip to move from Georgia to Washington. Our car still wasn't picked up on the day of our new contract, but the day later because the truck driver kept changing the time from morning to afternoon and then finally to midnight, so it was picked up later the next morning. There was poor communication the whole time our car was one the road, plus, without us knowing...they changed truck drivers somewhere along the route, so they didn't bother to update us with the contact information. After two weeks we figured our car was stolen and we threatened to call the police, and surprise surprise....we got our car that day. Our car wasn't damaged, and nothing out of it was stolen. For that reason and because our car was actually picked up and delivered, I give this company an undeserving 1 star.
