Any customer that has a bad experience when using our services is regrettable. We offer a number of shipping options and if the one chosen is unsuitable, we encourage customers to upgrade should they require a more timely shipment. AmeriFreight did all according to our contractual obligation and would have been very happy to prioritize the shipment if needed. Regarding the pickup locations and times of pickup, I understand the inconveniences it may cause customers but the trucks often have to make adjustments due to inaccessibility and or the time of pickup and delivery. Everyone is trying to do the best they can in difficult circumstances. Unfortunately things may not always go as planned. We are however grateful that the car got to its destination without any further complications.
