First time I ever shipped a vehicle. Pickup went smooth and on time. I was out of town when my car was delivered. My wife and father-in-law met the driver at the grocery store parking lot after I determined the driver's truck might have trouble getting down our country road (low power lines, low tree branches, etc.). Everything went smooth on delivery. Good communication throughout. Price was less than I expected before I started calling around for quotes.
