Amerifreight was the 3rd car moving company we used in trying to ship my mother's car to her across country. The first two companies promised 5-day pick-ups but never came through on that promise. After weeks of frustration, we found Amerifreight online and were impressed by its "A" ranking with the Better Business Bureau. Our agent, Aaron, spent time explaining the car moving industry in a way that was both helpful and realistic. I was impressed by his honesty and chose to do business with Amerifreight. He was clear in explaining that while we should expect our vehicle to be picked up within the 5-day window, it wasn't something that could be promised since we live in a somewhat remote area. After the 5 days had passed without a pick-up, the manager became involved. On day 6, we received a call that our vehicle would be picked up in 2 days.
Overall, the customer service was far beyond that of the other companies, and Amerifreight worked with us to ensure that even though we lived in a difficult shipping location, our vehicle was picked up and moved within a reasonable amount of time.
