All of my phone calls have been very pleasant. My main concern was the fact that my delivery location, while located on a main interstate, is not often traveled by those carriers that deliver to the West coast. It wasn't until I agreed to travel 120 miles, to Las Vegas to pick up my vehicle, that we actually found a carrier. If the original customer service representative would have disclosed this information in the beginning, I would have been happy to make the 120 mile trip two weeks earlier, and I'm sure I would have had a near perfect experience. The prices quoted from AmeriFreight are very competitive and the representatives are very nice and pleasant to talk to. Now that I have more knowledge of the regular carrier routes, I would have no hesitation in using AmeriFreight in the future. Thanks Amy!
