Amerifreight had my car delivered in the time frame promised from Tx to East Coast. From the start I initially worked w Jonathon who explained how the process worked. The person who went above & beyond expectations for me was Amy who answered all concerns & questions promptly.
My only disappointment was the driver, "Roman from Auto Movers LLC" who was rude and had the charm/communication skills of a pitbull when dealing with my friend for the pickup This was more the fault of the actual carrier rather than Amerifreight so its understandable.
Overall I would use Amerifreight again because they were honest, prompt, and detailed about the process.
