My overall experience with Amerifreight was smooth. I was not in California when the car was picked up. The neighbor was there for pick up. He told me the car was secure on the truck and everything went fine. i have no complaints. The driver was actually ready a day before the pick up, but we were not. i would use them again. I was nervous about shipping my car, but after reading the reviews, looking them up with the BBB, and interacting with the agents on the phone I felt pretty comfortable. I did not worry about the car after it was picked up. The drop off was also smooth. My car was in good shape and nothing was missing. I am glad I chose this company.
