This was my first time shipping a vehicle. We shipped our Ford Excursion from MN to AZ (not a short distance!)
I initially put out a request on uShip.com and was inundated by what was a nightmare of responses. I struggled going through them all - and I carefully selected the responses that had a professional, thorough tone and a competitive rate.
I narrowed it down to 3. The first two companies were horrible at responding - in fact, I couldn't get anyone to answer when I called, and when they called back, they didn't have a professional tone that I would have expected from a company looking to capturer someone's business. So I called AmeriFreight and hoped for the best.
Jarrrell answered the call immediately, went through the truck shipping process - he was polite, informative, and reassuring. If anything he gave me reassurance I had made the RIGHT choice.
Several days after the quote, he told me there was a driver willing to pick up. That driver had my truck less than 12 hours later, and delivered it 48 hours later.
Both Jarrell and the driver kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. The truck was delivered and unloaded within minutes.
The whole experience of shipping a car was daunting at first. But... after this past week, I can honestly say I would not hesitate to contact AmeriFreight if we had to ship another vehicle.
I told Jarrrell that the most important aspect for me was communication and I couldn't have asked for better communication from him. He was amazing!
