The experience was fast and mostly painless. I say mostly because the first carrier to accept the pick up did not speak English and the communication barrier could not be breached. After several attempts to explain to their dispatcher and the driver, they stopped answering their phone.
Not fault of Amerifreight. The next day I explained all to Ali and she went above and beyond to get another driver sooner than I expected. I have nothing negative to say because even when the first driver botched the P/U, Ali quickly took care of the situation.
