AmeriFreight seemed to be a reliable company and Ali was extremely helpful and gave good customer service. She called to check in with me on the scheduled pickup and delivery days, called the carrier when I had not heard from them and kept tabs on my shipmentl. However, the carrier they contracted with, Five Star Express, was late to pick up my car and even later to deliver it. They did not call me to tell me it wasn't being delivered on the day it was scheduled to come and were generally uncommunicative. They were also not apologetic about the delay. My car arrived without any damage, so I would probably use AmeriFreight again, but I would know not to expect the carrier to be on-time.
