Original truck broke down and could not pick up my vehicle on time; however, another carrier was available the following week. The transport company did not deliver my vehicle because they could not drive their truck into NY. Poor planning on their part caused my vehicle to be delivered four days after arriving in the tri-state area. Amerifreight did an excellent job when I asked on the third day for assistance and my vehicle was delivered the next day. My experience with the shipper was horrible but Amerifreight did an excellent job in making sure my vehicle was delivered before I had to drive out of state. Great work Brett!
