I shipped my car for the first time, and chose Amerifreight largely due to this website. After getting in contact with one person and getting a quote, they became MIA shortly before my shipping date. I called them to see what was up, and it turns out that original guy no longer works there. No one contacted me to tell me this, or what was happening with the car. All in all, I ended up paying $200 more than the original quote, and my car was damaged but they would not release the vehicle or allow me to file a report, and threatened to take the car with them if i didn't pay. I ended up paying as I had no other option.
