First of all, Amerifreight is strictly a broker. I didn't deal much with Jessica, but she was able to find a transporter quickly for me who was able to meet my needs. Jessica initially told me the vehicle would be picked up on a Tuesday and I called and confirmed with Rapid Transport. No one showed but Rapid Transport responded to my follow up and gave excellent customer service. Apparently there was a mix up and my vehicle wasn't supposed to be picked up until Wednesday. Rapid Transport went out of there way and made sure to pick up my vehicle early so I did not have to miss any work. They also delivered my vehicle on time. I was very impressed with Esmeralda at Rapid Transport who went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. Amerifreight should definitely continue to work with with Rapid Transport as they are a positive reflection on them. The $250 finding fee seems high to me but at least my vehicle arrived on time and without damage.
