Previously we had contracted Ship a car Direct (SACD) to help ship my car from Atlanta to Seattle. The broker not only forgot to put the deal in, they either ignored our calls or made promises that did not come through. At one point, they mixed our order up with another car shipment in Tennessee! Since we waited so long for SACD to come through, they told us the price for the carrier would go up by $600 in order to meet our original deadline.
In a desperate moment, we called AmeriFreight for a quote. Not only was Graham immediately responsive, he was able to find a quote that was even $100 LOWER than the original quote received from SACD. The carrier was found within 2 days, and everything went smoothly and without issue. Another good thing to note about Graham, I was not comfortable providing my credit card information immediately because of my experience with another broker. He was really great about accommodating my request to obtain a quote before continuing with the process. Overall, great experience. I would use them again!
