My overall experience shipping my car was good. I originally submitted a request online and received a quote within 24 hours. I later called to get more information on the quote and process. While I didn't get a response from my initial call, I followed up with a second call and received the information I needed. Normally, I wouldn't follow up with a company to give my business, but the price was good and the reviews online were positive. The day that I made the second call and got the information I needed, AmeriFreight called back within a couple of hours letting me know that someone could pick up my car the next day at the quoted price. I ended up dealing with several different representatives at AmeriFreight, but overall the customer experience was good (not great). I would use them again because the service was fast, efficient, and economical. Also, my car arrived to Florida in good condition and a couple of days early. Although, the actual delivery didn't occur until the original estimated delivery date based on when my family in FL could pick up the car.
