It is unfortunate that we were unable to have better success in finding a carrier for this customer's vehicle. We did, however, ensure that his refund was processed in a timely fashion. Our goal is to find a carrier for each and every customer’s vehicle within their allotted time frame, but occasionally, due to difficult pick up or delivery locations, we are unable to meet their deadlines. We do apologize for any inconvenience our customer experienced, and we strive to improve where we fell short.
