On a cross-country move from Oregon to Tennessee I unfortunately had a head-on collision with a dear in the middle-of-nowhere Nebraska. After securing a rental car to complete my trip, my damaged truck was left behind in Nebraska for repairs. My work schedule did not provide the freedom to return to Nebraska to pick and then drive my repaired truck home - thus a transport was required. I was admittedly very naive about how to go about finding a transport company, but AmeriFreight seemed to always fall in the top 5 of most reviews. So I gave them call.
Needless to say I soon realized why. My assigned freight agent, Jessica Ferris, was not only extremely professional in all of our communications but she followed up with me on a regular basis while waiting to get word of my truck being fixed and ready for pick-up. This took about one and a half months, but Jessica was on top of everything and continued to check in. I felt that I was in excellent hands and she definitely helped to squelch any fear I had of having my truck shipped.
To tops things off, the driver assigned was just as professional as Jessica and extremely friendly and professional. My truck arrived in fantastic shape. Although I hope to not have to transport my truck again, if I do AmeriFreight will be who I'll call. Fantastic company. Fantastic freight agents. Fantastic drivers. Overall a great experience!
