My girlfriend and I moved from New England to FL and decided to get our cars shipped. She found a company online and paid over 600$ for it. She was promised several things that did not come true. Her car was damaged during the transport and there is an active claim in now. I do not know the name of the comapny she went through, but it was NOT Amerifreight. After some research, I found that Amerifreight was extremely highly rated. I chose to go with them. I was immediately satisfied with the professionalism and honesty I encountered through my contact with Graham. I needed to make minor adjustments here and there to my contract, and Graham pleasantly obliged without the slightest notion of agitation. My carrier was very communicative and easily accessible. I felt at ease the whole time. My car was dropped off in excellent shape and with much care. The driver was very polite and worked with me to provide an accurate drop off time.
I could not be happier with the service I received from Graham, my driver, and the Amerifreight. I highly recommend them to any potential customer.
