I cannot be complimentary enough about AmeriFreight. The only possible complaint would be the carrier selected, which I understand is not completely under their control. Whenever I called Ameri-Freight, my call was returned promptly. Their courtesy was never-failing. Whatever they said they would do, they did - immediately! Alex was careful to explain the entire process, including the charges for services. He made the experience, which was completely new to me, understandable and non-threatening. Both he and Sherynne are to be congratulated.
