I selected AmerFreight after initiating the order with another company and becoming uncomfortable with the prospect of good service. Jeff was very straight forward in explaining procedures and communicating with me to complete the order and supply the info. to track the shipment. I did not expect him to recontact me to verify if the service and delivery met my expectations, but as a businessman I appreciate the importance of the follow through.
