First time shipping experience and I learned alot. First, all brokers are basically the same. They utilize the same rules, tools and networks available to them. Don't believe the ones that tell you"we're different". It's BS! Never sign a contract cause it will put you in a hostage situation when they can't deliver on their promises. There's is only one difference, HONESTY. I wasted a lot of time with brokers with empty promises telling me what I want to hear to get my money. Demico at Amer Auto is a straight shooter and tells the realities of the business. He may tell you things you may not want to hear in certain situations, but its how he gets things done. HONESTY. They don't make you sign a contract. They don't ask for money up front. They won't even take money until the transport is done and you are 100% satisfied. They also don't submit low bid offers to transports hoping to increase their profit margin while wasting your time, which they have no regard for. I would not hesitate using these guys again. They get it done without the shady tactics.
