I was very happy with Mike and Sarah's courtesy and honesty. They both tried very hard to make me happy. Alpine Transport is a small, family owned company. Personally, I would never go through a big company ever again. Every time I called Alpine for an update, they knew who I was and were always quick with a response. Other companies that I had dealt with in the past never knew anything. I don't know about anyone else, but I am not one that likes to wait on hold for an extended period of time. The thing I liked most about Alpine was a real person from the very first hello. I hate prompts and computers. I think that says alot about what kind of service they are trying to provide. Relationships and repeat business is very important to them. I hope they do as good of a job for everyone else as they have done for me. Again, thank you Mike and Sarah for your great service and I wish you well in your small business. -Carie
